Merthyr and the Valleys Mind provides a range of quality services to individuals who experience mental or emotional distress throughout the local authority areas of Merthyr Tydfil and Rhondda Cynon Taf. These services include Resource Centres that provide drop-in facilities, counselling, gardening, relaxation and music groups; Community Advocacy and Hospital Advocacy Projects.
