Merthyr and the Valleys Mind provides a range of quality services to individuals who experience mental or emotional distress throughout the local authority areas of Merthyr Tydfil and Rhondda Cynon Taf.
These services include Resource Centres in Merthyr Tydfil and Pontypridd that provide social forums and various groups - please refer to Resource Centre page for full list of groups and activities; Community and Hospital Advocacy, Counselling, Training, Support and Self Help Groups, Volunteering and a Changing Minds campaigning group.
